Legacy Arts is a family-run art supply shop, operated by Hofmann's Supply DJL LLC. By shopping with us — in-store or online — you're agreeing to these policies.

Products
We do our best to photograph and describe everything accurately, but colors and textures (especially with paint and clay) can look slightly different in person. If we're out of stock or need to correct a price or description, we'll always let you know before finalizing your order.

Using Your Supplies Safely
Some products — like spray paint and certain adhesives — need proper ventilation and aren't meant for kids without supervision. Please read labels before use. Once a product leaves our shop, we're not responsible for how it's used, so take a sec to check instructions, especially with anything higher-risk.

Orders & Payment
We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Occasionally we may need to cancel or adjust an order (pricing errors, stock issues, etc.) — if that happens, you'll be notified and fully refunded.

Shipping
We'll get your order out promptly, but once it's with the carrier, delivery timing is out of our hands. If something goes wrong in transit, reach out and we'll help however we can.
