Return & Exchange Policy

Standard Returns
Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or store credit, with receipt.

Opened / Tested Art Supplies
We get it — you need to know if a color, tip size, or clay texture actually works for your project. So:

• Paints, markers, and inks that have been lightly tested (a swatch or two) can be exchanged for store credit within 14 days — just bring in what's left.
• Items that are more than lightly used (e.g., a marker run dry, a clay block mostly used) aren't eligible for return, since we can't resell them.
• Not sure if something counts as "lightly tested"? Just ask us — we'd rather have that conversation than turn you away.

Non-Returnable, No Exceptions

• Custom or special orders
• Gift cards
• Clearance/final sale items

Defective or Damaged
Always covered — full refund or replacement within 7 days of noticing the issue, no questions asked.

Exchanges
Wrong color, size, or tip? Swap it within 30 days if it's unused, or 14 days if lightly tested (see above).
